April Cacciatori, LMT, Therapist, Founder

April is a 2004 graduate of the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage/Syracuse, opening Zensations 4/2005. “I find the body fascinating, we all come to table with the same muscles, however, lifestyle, repetitive stress and trauma impact our daily quality of life. That’s where we come in, my amazing staff and I always bring a tailored experience to the table, ensuring you leave feeling in tune, in balance and ready to embrace life again!” April has additional certifications in Co-Active Life Coaching, Orthopedic Massage, Traditional Thai, Spa Treatments, Tui Na, Acupressure and Aromatherapy. April, and the massage team at Zensations believe in giving back to their community, donating yearly to Rome Dollars For Scholars $500 scholarship, Rome Art & Community Center, local benefits and volunteering yearly with the Boilermaker massage team. April supports the Arts by displaying the work of local Artists throughout the SpaHouse, changing shows four times a year. People are our passion!

Meet Aubrey

Aubrey Carletta, LMT

Aubrey is a 2014 graduate of Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage at the Rochester Campus. She is certified in many modalities including, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and Migraine Relief. She has a fitness background and is exploring more into Sports Massage and treatments for, but not limited too, athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

Meet Amy

Amy Courtney, LMT

Amy believes every body deserves to function optimally, helping clients achieve their therapeutic and life goals. Practicing Eastern modalities such as shiatsu and tui na compliments Amy’s therapeutic touch. Inspired by the Adirondack mountains, and being grounded by nature, infuses a deep calm Amy’s clients have come to know and love. Amy is a recent graduate from New York Institute of Massage.

Meet Nikki

Nikki Arliss, LPN, LMT

Nikki attended the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY/2011 and she has a background in nursing. Nikki is highly skilled in all aspects of massage therapy, using a mixture of modalities to create a customized session for each client. Relaxation massage is her specialty, and she especially enjoys providing luxury spa treatments.

Meet Laura

Laura Nasto, LMT

Laura is 2011 graduate of OSTM in Syracuse, NY and has been licensed since January 2012. Laura became a Massage Therapist because her passion is facilitating pain relief and transformation through massage. In 2017, Laura certified as a Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist (MAT), which allows her to further help the client find relief and increase range of motion. Having experienced trauma herself, Laura realizes the importance of feeling the best that you can in your body. Many clients have said that they find her energy very relaxing and can easily decompress from their anxieties/stressors. Laura loves the colour purple and eating sushi and cake. In her free time she enjoys drawing/painting, and reading one of her many books. Laura looks forward to working with you.

Meet Heather

Heather Brown, LMT

Heather is a 2019 graduate from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY. An equestrian, Heather has a lifetime of experience, riding and working with horses since she was 3 years old as well as teaching children and adults how to ride. After seeing and feeling the benefits of massage, Heather knew it was her calling to become a massage therapist.

Meet Amanda

Amanda Kohler, LMT

Amanda J. Kohler, LMT graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, Class of 2017. “I became a massage therapist to help veterans after finding out I was unable to serve my country.” Amanda has a compassionate heart that translates through her caring touch. She specializes in Swedish, Prenatal, and Hot Stone massage. Amanda has found great results for muscular relief through the use of hot towels, making your massage treatment more of a spa experience!

Meet Sheila

Sheila Vellone, LMT, RN

Sheila is a 2021 graduate of The Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. She has a background in healthcare as a Registered Nurse. She has a compassionate and holistic approach to – creating a relaxing, soothing treatment. Sheila enjoys working with people to enhance their well-being through massage.
